Sourced from an historic quarry in Europe, Port Regent is a versatile natural limestone that was first used as a building stone over 2,000 ago. This warm, straw-coloured freestone, subtly veined in silvery grey, has an exceptionally fine grain that holds a sharp edge beautifully. An affordable alternative to Portland Stone, Port Regent is ideal for ashlar, cladding, paving and stone detailing, and can be used to form masonry with rising courses of up to 1.6 m.
