Port Regent

Port Regent Sawn Natural Limestone (NPRL)

[ Archive ]

This fine natural limestone was used by the Romans to build temples and public buildings throughout their empire. A warm straw colour, with subtle veins and a hint of grey, Port Regent has an exceptionally fine grain that can hold a sharp edge with ease. It can be formed into almost any architectural embellishment, and is available in large blocks with a consistent colour and texture.

Frost resistant and hard wearing, Port Regent is an ideal alternative to Portland Stone. It has recently been used in Kensington Palace Gardens to replace Portland Stone.
